An Operations Analyst is required to join the Flipster operations team. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, preparing management reports, assisting in backend automation development, and managing data collection and processing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and quarterly reports.
- Assist in campaign operations and reward distributions.
- Develop and maintain workflows and automations.
- Maintain LiveChat, Ticketing, and Answer Bot systems.
- Carry out other assigned projects and duties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zendesk, preferably as a Zendesk administrator.
- Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.
- Basic understanding of Javascript or Googlescript.
- Experience creating APIs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a 24/7 team environment.
