About the role
We are in search of a committed Operations and Process Specialist to support our team. This individual will focus on maintaining efficient operational tasks, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating smooth processes in our core business operations.
Ideal candidates should be organized, process-driven, and excel in a collaborative team setting. They should strive for operational excellence and aim to become subject matter experts in operational processes as they progress.
Responsibilities
- Support various operational tasks including data entry, system processing, and monitoring payslips, token grants, and vesting schedules.
- Aid in the administration of compensation programs through routine and ad hoc activities.
- Manage and upload critical documents and data across different platforms.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by following established workflows diligently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure tasks are efficiently completed to high standards.
- Offer operational support to balance workload demands during peak periods.
- Maintain detailed records of tasks, workflows, and updates for transparent operations.
- Assist in generating reports to monitor progress and enhance process efficiency.
- Develop expertise in specific operational areas to serve as a resource for the team.
- Continuously stay updated with tools and practices to enhance work quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an operationally oriented role, preferably in payroll or finance.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Process-driven mindset with the ability to follow established workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel and other productivity software.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow into a Subject Matter Expert role.

- Familiarity with compensation programs or payroll operations beneficial.
- Experience working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital assets or blockchain technology advantageous.
