Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Operations on various cross-functional projects and special assignments
• Support vendor management and handle tasks pertaining to finance, legal, and HR
• Contribute to policy and procedure development and implementation
• Foster team communication and coordination
• Assist in the enhancement of operational processes to drive efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Team-oriented individual comfortable in a dynamic and rapidly evolving setting
• Possess high empathy and strong business acumen
• Demonstrated track record of navigating complex projects successfully
• Proficient in data analysis and numerical reasoning
