  ### Responsibilities:

  *   Support the leadership team in devising expansion strategies for the market and developing plans for introducing new services, ensuring close collaboration with Government Relations, Marketing, and Tech teams.

  *   Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and country General Managers to maintain top-notch operational standards in key areas such as user onboarding and customer service.

  *   Utilize comprehensive data analytics tools to enhance user experience, track and report operational KPIs, identify areas for enhancement, and propose and execute improvement strategies proactively.

  *   Engage with cross-functional teams, utilizing region-specific data and insights to drive changes, create experiments, and implement operational modifications across our product functions.

  ### Requirements:

  *   Hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from accredited educational institutions.

  *   Demonstrated success with a minimum of 4 years of experience in comparable roles, such as management consulting or operations at a rapidly growing startup.

  *   **Data-driven**: Capable of hands-on data collection and analysis, understanding the pertinent data requirements, and scaling these practices across multiple regions.

  *   **Effective communication**: Exceptional skills in executive-level verbal and written communication, ability to simplify complex business challenges, develop business cases, and formulate quantitative models that guide our operational strategies.

  *   **Entrepreneurial mindset**: Must embody self-motivation and leadership qualities required to navigate the challenges and rewards inherent in managing an innovative and sustainable operation.

  *   **Cross-cultural interpersonal abilities**: Proficient in building and managing solid relationships within their team, collaborating across functions, and cultivating external partnerships.
