Our client operates a cryptocurrency trading platform that serves as a bridge between sophisticated traders and regular users. They have recently expanded the platform to accommodate over 10 languages, catering to users across 100+ countries and regions globally. The company aims to position itself as the premier Social Trading Network for an increasingly interconnected world. Currently, they seek a P2P Business Development Lead to spearhead their peer-to-peer business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of business development specialists to drive business objectives and goals
- Identify new markets and potential prospects within the P2P industry
- Collaborate with affiliate teams to onboard vendors in target markets and oversee vendor integration
- Enhance trading liquidity and boost user engagement through reward systems, events, and initiatives
- Gather user and vendor feedback to recommend product improvements
- Address irregular orders, manage vendor inquiries, and streamline operational documentation
- Analyze business segment data, track key metrics, and refine strategies based on insights
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, preferably with experience in the P2P sector
- Previous experience in the finance industry is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and a proactive approach
- Ability to interpret and leverage data effectively
- Proficiency in English and Chinese would be a significant advantage.
