Partnerships Business Development Manager
The Partnerships Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding Ebisu’s ecosystem by driving liquidity initiatives and forming strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the DeFi landscape, market dynamics, and a strong network within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to enhance liquidity, foster strategic collaborations, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Liquidity Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance liquidity across the protocol’s platforms. Identify and onboard liquidity providers, manage incentive programs, and monitor liquidity health.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with other DeFi projects, exchanges, institutional investors, and other stakeholders to drive ecosystem growth.
Ecosystem Integration: Work with partners to integrate their products and services with our protocol, ensuring seamless technical and operational alignment. Facilitate cross-platform initiatives and collaborations.
Community Engagement: Engage with the DeFi and broader crypto community to build awareness, drive adoption, and gather feedback on liquidity and partnership initiatives. Represent the protocol at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on key metrics related to liquidity and partnership performance. Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on financial services, blockchain technology, or decentralized finance. Proven track record of driving liquidity and forming strategic partnerships.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, automated market makers (AMMs), and the overall blockchain ecosystem.
Networking Skills: Extensive network within the DeFi, blockchain, and cryptocurrency communities. Ability to leverage relationships to drive business development initiatives.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex partnerships and agreements.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
Strategic Thinking: Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward.
