As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee and scale designated channels including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and OEMs. Your responsibilities involve managing the performance and optimization of these channels to drive results while ensuring scalability. Supported by various teams such as designers, analysts, engineers, and marketing professionals, your role is global and falls under the Growth division within the Central Marketing department. Success in this role demands profound technical knowledge of these platforms and a comprehensive grasp of the digital landscape to maximize their potential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize day-to-day operations for Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and OEMs.
- Manage a sizable monthly performance marketing budget effectively.
- Enhance campaigns through testing and refining campaign structures, bidding algorithms, and other elements.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple account representative teams simultaneously.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, and internal BI for tracking, reporting, and analyzing campaign data.
- Enhance the channel’s reporting and optimization infrastructure with technologies like Enhanced Conversions and dynamic customer lists.
- Collaborate with regional Marketing Managers and the Director of Performance Marketing on successful initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for Product Marketing Managers, collaborating on relevant keywords and ad copy.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement search engine advertising best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns with a track record of meeting or surpassing KPI targets.
- Proficient in adtech processes like server-to-server integrations and real-time app postbacks.
- Strong expertise in the Google product suite, including Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker.
- Experience in conducting A/B tests across Paid channels.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and convert their contributions into effective keywords and ad copy.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in setting up dashboards and utilizing analytics tools for performance tracking.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous in-house management experience of paid search for a fintech app.
- Experience in managing campaigns across global markets.
- Background in fast-growing startup environments.
- Comfortable with remote work setups.
