Primary Responsibilities
The Performance Specialist will play a pivotal role in producing meticulously translated visual dubs using AI-powered cinematic Performance Transfer. Responsibilities include accurately assessing and communicating lip sync results, reviewing and perfecting automated outputs throughout the production process, adjusting face tracking outcomes for superior quality, interpreting and addressing feedback from internal and external stakeholders with precision, offering detailed process feedback, and collaborating with team members to establish best practices.

Candidates with previous experience as Edit Assistants, VFX Editors, Post Production Assistants/Specialists are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in keyframing across various functions to achieve polished outcomes within strict deadlines
- Minimum of 2 years of professional involvement in TV/animation/film post-production workflows
- Proficiency in audio-syncing at a sub-frame level
- Comprehensive understanding of lip sync processes
- Proficiency in Flow (previously known as ShotGrid/Shotgun) or equivalent project/asset tracking software
- Intermediate knowledge of Nuke or After Effects is advantageous
- Knowledge of foundational face-tracking functions and their relevance in post-production pipelines
- Experience in lip reading is highly valued
Interview Process
