Responsibilities
Incident Handling:
Support projects during significant incidents, such as hacking/security breaches or CEX collapses.
Perform root cause analysis and assess the impact of incidents on Binance and projects.
Collaborate with internal business units and external projects to minimize disruptions.
Research and Risk Management:
Evaluate the performance of listed tokens.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative metrics to review tokens, including product adoption, on-chain data, project development, and community sentiment.
Identify and address risks associated with tokens, recommending and implementing risk mitigation measures.
Assess requests from listed projects (e.g., rebranding, mainnet integration, swaps) and document risks, requests, and incidents concisely.
Drive initiatives to enhance risk detection and mitigation efforts.
Operations:
Manage onboarding of new listings, including gathering key information and preparing for trading.
Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate operational requests from listed tokens (e.g., airdrops, cross-chain swaps, swaps).
Optimize processes and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of demonstrable success, with research or consulting experience being advantageous.
- Ability to think critically, grasp key principles, and identify root causes effectively.
- Strong analytical and structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation abilities.
- Proficient knowledge of the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Self-driven, proactive individual capable of evaluating risks and rewards associated with various decisions.
