Our client is a pioneer in the AI platform industry, offering a sophisticated platform designed to merge human decision-making with intelligent automation. They are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Consultant to join their team, focusing on enterprise AI transformation. In this role, you will act as the technical advisor bridging the gap between sales and potential clients, simplifying complex AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions to grasp organizational challenges, processes, and digital transformation goals.
- Design customized AI solutions that meet client security, compliance, and scalability needs.
- Work closely with sales teams and implementation partners to create deployment plans.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and executive workshops for technical and business audiences.
- Showcase the platform's capabilities, including workflow orchestration, integration flexibility, and governance frameworks.
- Assist clients in hands-on configuration and use-case development.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses by providing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation frameworks.
- Collaborate with technology alliance partners and system integrators on developing joint solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, offering feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AI/digital transformation consulting.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms, AI/ML technologies, or automation systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT architectures, security frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including large language models, retrieval systems, multi-agent frameworks, and knowledge management.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and API-based integrations.
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives and leading technical workshops.
- Consultative mindset with a focus on governance, security, and organizational alignment.
