Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Marketing Manager to spearhead Go-to-Market strategies for our developer tools and blockchain infrastructure. Tasked with leading the strategy for this critical product pillar, you will collaborate with a results-oriented team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing.
Job duties include:
- Serving as a seasoned expert on the product features, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and developer platform narrative.
- Crafting positioning, messaging, and channel strategies to facilitate successful product launches and continuous growth initiatives.
- Collaborating with Product and Business Development teams to pinpoint new market opportunities and contribute to the creation and definition of new products.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to develop marketing, communication, and sales enablement materials for effective GTM campaigns.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or a blend of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields, with a preference for experience in B2B software or technology services.
- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets.
- Proven expertise in developing engaging and differentiated positioning, messaging, and core marketing materials for complex technical products.
- Prior experience in formulating and executing GTM strategies collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Self-driven and eager to dive deep into technology to expand knowledge.
- Proficient in adapting to ambiguous environments and creating organization from intricacy.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS.

- Opportunity for day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
- Compensation is determined based on various factors, such as experience, skills, qualifications, and company requirements. Compensation brackets may vary by location.
- Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000 with an Annual Bonus Target of 17.5%.
