Role Responsibilities:
Circle seeks a seasoned Principal Product Marketing Manager to spearhead Go-to-Market strategies for our developer tooling platform and blockchain infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work within a dynamic team focused on this key product area. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the subject matter expert on product features, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and platform narratives specifically targeted at developers
- Crafting product positioning, messaging, and channel strategies to effectively drive Go-to-Market initiatives for new products and sustained growth efforts
- Collaborating with Product and Business Development teams to identify new market avenues and contribute to product definition and enhancement
- Coordinating across teams to develop and implement Go-to-Market campaigns supported by marketing, communications, and sales enablement materials
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related fields including B2B software/technology services, with a preference for knowledge in blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets
- Proven capability to develop distinct positioning, messaging, and core marketing content for highly technical products
- Track record of driving Go-to-Market strategies working closely with diverse teams
- Demonstrates a self-motivated approach, curiosity for tech advancements, adaptability in dynamic environments, and an ability to bring order to complex situations
- Proficient in tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS
Additional Details:
- This role offers day-one PERM sponsorship eligibility for qualifying candidates.
- Compensation is guided by multiple factors such as experience, skill set, qualifications, and business needs. Ranges may vary by location.
- Compensation Package: Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000; Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%; Equities & Benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401k); Discretionary vacation policy; 10 days paid sick leave and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
