Responsibilities:
Joining us as an experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager, your focus will be on crafting and executing Go-to-Market strategies for Circle’s array of developer tools and blockchain infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will collaborate with a dynamic team concentrated on advancing this pivotal product domain.
Your key duties will involve:
- Serving as a product expert by showcasing features, competitive insights, customer segmentation, and creating a compelling platform narrative tailored for developers.
- Developing impactful positionings, detailed messaging, and channel strategies to lead GTM efforts for new products launches and sustained growth initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with Product and Business Development to unearth fresh market prospects and contribute to defining new product offerings.
- Coordinating with multifaceted teams to bolster GTM implementation with marketing, communications, and sales support materials like product webpages, blogs, pitch resources, case studies, and more.
Qualifications:
To excel with Circle, the ideal candidate should bring:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience spanning Product Marketing or a blend of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields, with a preference for exposure to B2B software or technology services.
- Comprehensive understanding of blockchain, digital currencies, fintech, and financial ecosystems.
- Proficiency in formulating distinctive positionings, messaging, and core product marketing content tailored for highly technical products.
- Proven track record in spearheading GTM strategies and execution with versatile, cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, with a penchant for delving deep into technology and a resilient nature in navigating unstructured environments and translating chaos into order.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS.
Additional Details:
- This role offers day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Base Compensation Range: $175,000 - $225,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
- Additional Benefits: Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
