Circle is currently seeking an accomplished Principal Product Marketing Manager to spearhead Go-to-Market strategies for our suite of developer tools and blockchain infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Product Marketing Manager within a dynamic team dedicated to this pivotal product line.
Key responsibilities include being the go-to authority on product features, competitive analysis, relevant customer segments, and articulating the platform narrative for developers. You will be responsible for shaping product positioning, messaging, and channel strategies to support product launches and drive growth initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to uncover new market potentials and contribute to the formulation of cutting-edge products. Working cross-functionally, you will coordinate the development of engaging and effective GTM resources with the marketing, communications, and sales enablement teams.
Qualifications for this role include over 10 years of pertinent experience in Product Marketing or a blend of Product, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Development, with a preference for B2B software or technology services exposure. Deep knowledge of blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets is essential, along with a track record of crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and core marketing materials for technically intricate products. Candidates must demonstrate a history of driving GTM strategy alongside diverse teams, possess self-motivation, and excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS is beneficial. The position offers a competitive compensation package, inclusive of day-one PERM sponsorship for suitable candidates, with pay ranges from $175,000 to $225,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity of 17.5%.
