Responsibilities:
Circle is in search of a dedicated Product Marketing Manager with a robust background in consulting and a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry to join our team. This pivotal role entails spearheading the establishment of a competitive intelligence function within the product marketing team, crucial for shaping the market positioning and messaging of Circle's products and solutions for enterprise clients across various sectors. Working closely with product, sales, marketing, and communications teams, this role will drive the product marketing strategy through profound competitive insights.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct comprehensive customer research to grasp the needs, preferences, and behaviors of distinct market segments, utilizing this data to customize messaging and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Lead the development of the competitive intelligence function within the product marketing team, ensuring a thorough grasp of market dynamics, competitor strategies, and emerging trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate competitive intelligence insights that influence product strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Establish and manage a detailed competitive landscape repository, offering actionable intelligence to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct training for sales and marketing teams on competitive positioning and market trends.
- Engage with industry analysts and conduct primary research to validate competitive product assumptions and understand customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to adjust market strategies promptly.
Requirements:
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in B2B product marketing or competitive intelligence, with a preference for a background in management consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate effectively with a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Preferably, experience within the crypto/web3 or payments sector.
- Enthusiasm for exploring innovative marketing approaches in a fast-evolving industry.
Additional Details:
- This role offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
- Compensation ranges consider various factors such as experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
- Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000 with an annual bonus target of 17.5%.
