Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Visual Designer to enhance the quality, cohesion, and user experiences within our platforms. You will be pivotal in establishing distinctive design standards across products, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a consistent visual language. Through a deep comprehension of customer requirements, you will lead the creation of engaging design experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business advancement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, you will ensure seamless, exceptional user interactions across all touchpoints.

Key Duties:

• Develop and facilitate foundational design practices to maintain consistency and refinement
• Define and evolve the visual identity and design language of our products, with a focus on iterative improvements
• Employ prototypes and motion design to convey design concepts effectively
• Ensure visual harmony across customer-facing elements
• Uphold high visual standards to support product development initiatives
• Collaborate with various teams to align on processes and emphasize design priorities
• Contribute to scaling the design team by implementing best practices and efficient processes across our products

Qualifications:

Lead Visual Designer

• Over 7 years of visual/UI design experience with a strong sense of design direction
• Passion for refining designs to enhance user experience
• Proficiency in articulating intricate concepts through visual representations
• Skill in crafting cross-channel experiences from desktop to mobile
• Advocate for minimalistic design approach
• Familiarity with the advantages of design systems in daily workflows
• Experience in designing complex consumer and B2B/SASS digital products

Principal Visual Designer

• Extensive experience exceeding 12 years in visual/UI design, leading design direction and outcomes
• Demonstrated impact of design decisions on processes and business results
• Ability to interconnect different product areas to solve shared challenges
• Regularly contribute to improving team processes and apply system thinking in design components

Compensation:

Lead Visual Designer

• Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500
• Annual Bonus Target: 15%

Principal Visual Designer

• Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000
• Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
