Responsibilities:

  • Identify compliance process challenges by conducting comprehensive data analysis and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Understand existing procedures and revamp them to improve operational efficiency and user experience
  • Create user-friendly, step-by-step instructions and documentation to ensure seamless process flows for team members globally
  • Articulate findings clearly and design plans effectively for stakeholders across various business units
  • Develop detailed flowcharts that visually represent current and proposed future process flows
  • Assist in implementing new workflows and processes and monitor their effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to introduce concrete actions for business enhancement
  • Work closely with Global Compliance program Heads to implement policy and procedural revisions
  • Ensure that changes in policies/procedures/guidelines are properly evaluated and communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for refinement in the current onboarding process and collaborate with business partners for implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis
  • 5 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance within financial institutions or fintech companies
  • 2-3 years of process improvement expertise, ideally in managing compliance workflows
  • Proficiency in developing processes, flowcharts, and operating procedures
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Detail-oriented with a determination to meet high standards while being action-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills
