Process Operations Manager, Derivatives

Responsibilities

• Oversight of middle office operations in the derivatives department.
• Support in defining trading parameters and product specifications calibration.
• Establish and manage structured workflows, procedures, and frameworks to align with organizational objectives across regional and global teams.
• Recognize operational bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies for daily tasks.
• Foster innovation by utilizing internal tools such as AI and automation to refine processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Address, investigate, and resolve operational issues promptly and independently.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant finance experience (knowledge in crypto-native derivatives or trading preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle operational and technical challenges effectively.
• Proven track record in project and process management, bridging technical and business realms.
• Solid grasp of derivatives product logic and risk data, especially in trading parameters calibration and product specifications definition.
• Capable of multitasking under pressure and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
• Self-driven to deliver with minimal supervision while fostering effective teamwork.
• Experience in a fast-paced, diverse, and high-expectation work environment.
• Exhibit a proactive, positive attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and meticulous attention to detail.
