In this role, you will lead a talented team of product designers dedicated to building impactful, valuable, and user-friendly products. You will oversee the user experience of Chainalysis compliance products from conception to launch, working closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers. As a Product Design Manager, we expect you to adeptly employ your product, interaction, and visual skills to create innovative, user-friendly experiences for a diverse, global audience.

  • A minimum of 6 years in product design, with at least 2 years managing product designers.
  • A proven track record of collaborating within a product team to deliver successful user experiences.
  • Comfort in representing your work to a broader product team and stakeholders, effectively communicating goals and concepts.
  • Proficiency in using Figma, Confluence, and other relevant tools.
  • Outstanding visual design sense complemented by a holistic understanding of user experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing past work that leverages best-in-class interaction and visual design to drive product growth.
  • A passion for asking the right questions and the ability to leverage available resources, such as user research or analytics, to formulate solutions to complex problems.
