Description
Responsibilities
Conduct user research and acquire insights for design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
Design user interfaces that merge functionality with appealing visuals to enhance user interactions and engagement.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to convert requirements into design concepts and refine designs based on feedback.
Manage and advance design systems to ensure uniformity and alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and top practices in UX/UI design and visual aesthetics.
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written proficiency not mandatory).
Demonstrated background as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar capacity, with a compelling portfolio showcasing visual design skills and methodologies.
Proficient in design software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
Sound comprehension of user-centered design principles and best methods.
Proficient in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Capable of crafting refined and precise designs that enhance user experiences.
Familiarity with user research techniques, usability testing, and prototyping.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of explaining design decisions and ideas to stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related studies is preferred, though not obligatory.
Bonus Skills:
- Front-end development competencies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Expertise in motion design and prototyping using tools such as Principle, After Effects, or similar software.
