We are on the lookout for a creative individual who can contribute significantly to our team as a Product Designer. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design of our flagship app and related services, focusing primarily on creating an exceptional onboarding experience for users from initial download to active community engagement.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with a Product Manager and other stakeholders to design seamless end-to-end user experiences.
• Engage closely with development teams to ensure seamless communication and accurate implementation of design requirements.
• Analyze user feedback diligently to enhance existing features continuously.
• Contribute to maintaining design consistency by adhering to our internal Design System.

If you're interested, here's an approximate profile that might fit the bill based on experience:

• 4-6 years of product design experience with a successful track record in consumer-facing tech products.
• Proficiency in designing digital products from ideation to implementation and experience with quality control.
• A passion for or knowledge of cryptocurrencies is a prerequisite.
• Familiarity with mobile-first products and understanding of iOS and Android platforms is advantageous.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in digital design and prototyping tools, particularly with a focus on Figma.
• Strong comprehension of UX and UI principles to simplify complex technical information for users.
• adept at conveying technical aspects of investment processes in a user-friendly manner.
• Ability to generate multiple design concepts and transform them into functional and visually appealing solutions.
• Solid attention to detail matched with adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Basic understanding of Design Systems and Developer Handoff to facilitate collaboration between design and development teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to confidently articulate design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
