About Our Mission

We are in the process of creating a platform that connects traditional financial systems with cryptocurrency, aiming to make financial transactions more efficient, accessible, and global. To achieve this goal, we are expanding our global fiat on/off ramps, introducing personal multi-currency accounts, enabling cash yield earning, and developing rapid and cost-effective global transfers. As part of our team, we are searching for a versatile Product Designer who can contribute to shaping these diverse experiences throughout our platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience to play a crucial role in designing and defining our fiat-to-crypto user experiences. Collaborating closely with our product management team in the UK, you will be involved in transforming complex financial processes into intuitive user interfaces. While prior experience in fintech is not mandatory, we value individuals who are enthusiastic about exploring the intersection of traditional finance and cryptocurrencies.

Specific Skills Required

• Design

• Proficient in the complete product design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.

• Expertise in using Figma for interface design, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.

• Strong background in responsive web design principles and mobile-first approaches.

• Ability to develop and manage comprehensive design systems and component libraries.

• Competence in designing data-intensive interfaces and complex financial workflows.

• Research

• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design enhancements.

• Capability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.

• Proficiency in utilizing user testing tools such as UserTesting, Maze, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and assessing test results.

• Tools and Technologies

• Advanced skills in Figma and prototyping tools.

• Proficiency in design collaboration tools like Figjam, Miro, and Jira.

• Understanding of version control concepts and design version management.

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of financial products and services, particularly in digital banking or fintech.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts and blockchain technology.
