Job Summary:
Our Product Management team leads product initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, making a significant impact and launching products/features globally. We work collaboratively with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver outstanding features and products.
About the Role:
We are seeking Product Managers to drive product initiatives from conception to execution. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with innovative vision to shape and manage a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes payment systems. The successful candidates will drive impact and introduce products/features on a global scale, in close collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligning them with strategic objectives
- Collaborate closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to ensure delivery of top-tier features
- Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, assist in test plan creation, manage the backlog, and successfully launch products/features on time
- Engage in customer interviews to build empathy and ensure their needs are addressed
- Prioritize initiatives and projects, evaluating necessary tradeoffs
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Serve as the team's representative in cross-functional communications
- Manage specific features within a product line
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience; knowledge of Crypto payments is advantageous
- Data-informed approach with a user-centric perspective
- Strong passion for developing customer-focused products and experiences
- Proven track record of shipping and iterating successful Software or Financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and ability to drive results
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Approach work with humility and emphasize collaborative efforts
- Proficient in understanding technical concepts and their practical applications
