Crypto.com is on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to cryptocurrency. As the company continues to scale its Exchange and Crypto.com App (spot trading), they are seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to lead the go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to drive global user growth and engagement.
This role requires a strategic marketer who excels in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to align feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user segments globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to steer the roadmap for the Exchange (Advanced) and main app (Mainstream) verticals.
- Develop unique value propositions to set the platform apart in the competitive global market.
- Define user personas with data and product teams and create tailored user journeys.
- Lead creative and copy positioning for localized campaigns that drive impact.
- Coordinate with product managers to align priorities and customer feedback.
- Launch Execution
- Manage go-to-market plans for feature launches in partnership with product team.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for user acquisition.
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and timely in collaboration with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts in coordination with local market teams.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and run surveys to improve user experience and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to inform prioritization.
- Growth & Retention
- Design lifecycle programs to boost user activation, trading volume, and retention.
- Develop promotions and incentive programs to encourage engagement and retention.
- Identify drop-off points and optimize user onboarding and reactivation with data and product teams.
- Performance & Reporting
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with Growth and Product teams across funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel to report on performance and collaborate with analytics and product teams for iterative improvements.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the crypto industry.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products or platforms while driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to simplify complex concepts and craft compelling stories.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in dynamic environments, driven by a bias for action.
- Analytical orientation with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies or community-driven growth is a bonus.
