Job Overview:
The company is looking for a Product Lead who will focus on Investigations Product Management & Marketing to oversee the product Tracker. The role requires expertise in product development, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement, particularly within a growing startup environment.
Working under the Product Manager in charge of the Investigations product, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The key responsibilities include setting the product strategy, ensuring market alignment, and enhancing customer adoption and revenue growth within law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and compliance sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the Investigations product roadmap, considering market demands, company goals, and customer input.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to guide product development and differentiation strategies for investigative and forensic analytics.
- Partner with engineering teams to outline product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee execution related to cryptocurrency investigations.
- Engage with customer success and sales teams to comprehend the pain points of investigation professionals, drive product adoption, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, evaluating success based on customer adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
- Create persuasive messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value of the Investigations product for law enforcement and compliance professionals.
- Lead the development of sales enablement material, including whitepapers, case studies, and competitive analysis tools tailored to the investigative market.
- Collaborate with marketing to initiate demand generation activities through content creation, campaigns, and event participation.
- Work closely with business development and sales teams to refine the product's value proposition and identify opportunities for upselling within the investigative sector.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of 4+ years in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy within a B2B SaaS company (experience in crypto or fintech industries is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of blockchain investigations and financial crime risk management is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in launching and scaling B2B SaaS products in a high-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in customer research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts tailored to investigative professionals.
- Familiarity with collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
