About the Role
Wintermute is seeking an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the expansion of their NODE platform, aimed at facilitating seamless crypto trading experiences for institutional clients. As a hands-on, collaborative role, you will work closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, core developers, and stakeholders to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-performance trading platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle for the Single Dealer Platform.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and technical requirements.
- Manage the engineering team's roadmap, sprints, and deliverables through Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to best practices.
- Facilitate integration with market data feeds and execution systems utilizing FIX protocol.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and review design implementations.
- Enforce cybersecurity standards in partnership with security consultants.
- Utilize AWS infrastructure for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of platform components.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical Product Manager role, preferably in fintech, crypto, or capital markets.
- Strong technical background, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers on system design and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, identity/access management, and secure APIs.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Proficient in Python scripting for automation and data parsing tasks.
- Understanding of latency-critical systems and capability to balance speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience managing end-to-end product development with an emphasis on scalability and performance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially in bridging technical and business domains.
