Product Manager

*: Bitcoin Depot seeks a dedicated team member to fill the role of Product Manager within the Product team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping new products and revenue streams, improving existing products, and managing product operations. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing Bitcoin Depot’s product strategy, roadmap, and requirements, offering a unique opportunity to drive innovation in the cryptocurrency space.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of new products and revenue streams in alignment with customer needs and the evolving business model.

• Establish clear objectives, requirements, and success metrics for internal departments.

• Manage business development operations for partnerships and integrations.

• Collaborate with various internal teams to develop technology strategies that align with business objectives.

• Lead product design discussions to ensure business and technical requirements are met.

• Provide regular updates to executive management on product development progress and potential risks.

• Employ creative problem-solving strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Set performance goals and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development.

• Willingness to travel within the United States.

Qualifications:

• A degree holder with a minimum of eight years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or product operations.
• At least four years of experience in Agile Management practices.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products in payments, cryptocurrency, or related sectors.
• Proficiency in Jira and managing mobile applications.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to establish effective processes.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on driving projects to completion.
• Excellent communication skills to influence Senior Leadership on product direction.
• Knowledge of digital wallets, crypto exchanges, payment transaction flows, and compliance processes is preferred.
