The Role
Chainlink is seeking a Product Manager with a technical background and an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the development of one of Chainlink's services focused on developers. The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Manager with a technical background, demonstrating ownership, a bias for action, and a collaborative mindset to drive innovation and growth within the product and industry. This position involves owning the product strategy and driving its adoption and expansion.
About Core Services
Chainlink's core services, including Automation, Functions, and VRF, empower developers to quickly innovate and utilize decentralized Oracle Networks to build innovative blockchain applications and penetrate new markets.
Your Impact
- Gain deep insights into user needs, use cases, and market trends through user engagement, go-to-market strategies, developer relations, and market research.
- Develop a winning product strategy and secure buy-in from executive leadership.
- Construct a roadmap to execute the strategy in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to launch impactful features.
- Collaborate with marketing, go-to-market, and developer relations teams to drive product adoption and continuous innovation.
- Contribute to shaping the long-term vision of the Core Services team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of significant technical experience.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize developer-facing products and services.
- Proven track record of launching services and/or infrastructure products for developers.
- Demonstrated ability to explore new markets and opportunities through product innovation.
- Prior experience in a dynamic startup or rapidly evolving environment.
- Understanding of decentralized infrastructure, blockchain technology, smart contracts, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of major blockchain sectors.
- Remote work capability and experience working with a global developer team.
