Product Manager, Custody

Our product management team is responsible for driving product initiatives throughout the entire development process, steering impacts, and launching new products and features across our global presence. We work closely with various teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional features and products.

We are seeking Product Managers who can lead product initiatives from conception to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes our interactions with finance. You will have the chance to make a significant impact, introducing products and features on a global scale. Collaboration with different teams is essential for successfully delivering outstanding products and features.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap aligned with strategic priorities
• Create product specifications, organize user studies, incorporate feedback, guide QA in writing test plans, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Prioritize projects effectively, considering tradeoffs when necessary
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Act as a representative of the team when working with cross-functional groups
• Manage specific features within a product line

Job Requirements:

• Preferred experience in settlement operations
• Beneficial experience with regulated financial products for institutional clients
• Desired knowledge of digital assets, specifically private key management
• Data-informed work style with user empathy
• Drive to create outstanding customer products and experiences
• Experience in successfully launching and iterating software or financial products on a large scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong understanding of technical concepts is a plus
