About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly-skilled individual to lead the development of our fraud risk systems. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing OKX's fraud risk systems, ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of crypto assets while maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment. You will collaborate with various teams to develop risk models and strategies, integrate with fraud and risk vendors, and enhance the overall customer risk experience. What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the development of OKX's risk product and business, balancing financial losses, customer experience, and business growth
• Design risk strategies and models, working closely with the engineering team to implement them
• Oversee the design and management of real-time systems to improve automation and efficiency
• Define and monitor metrics to measure product success, utilizing data insights to drive risk product improvements
• Plan and deliver new fraud risk products and features to the market
• Identify and optimize financial and operational inefficiencies related to fraud
• Foster strategic alignment across teams to ensure cohesive product functionality
• Stay informed on market trends, fraud risk, and industry best practices
• Build and lead a strong risk product team

What We Look For
