Product Manager - Refinement Tools

We are actively seeking a driven Product Manager to take charge of owning and executing the product roadmap for our flagship Refinement solution. Reporting to the Product Director, you will be responsible for translating strategies into actionable plans that ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging AI and production workflows to craft future-ready tools that inspire creativity and set new industry benchmarks. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering, design, AI/ML, production, and creative teams to prioritize initiatives, refine requirements, and continuously elevate the standards of visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of the Refinement product roadmap, focusing on initiatives that enable filmmakers and creatives to produce high-quality content efficiently. • Translate strategic goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that features meet industry standards and integrate seamlessly with new AI modules. • Conduct user research and interviews to gain insights from filmmakers, editors, and industry professionals, guiding product decisions to address real-world challenges. • Define success metrics, track performance metrics, and utilize data insights to enhance AI capabilities and improve creative workflows. • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on roadmap progress, address challenges proactively, and align expectations. • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to ensure the roadmap remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated success in driving complex products from conception to launch. • Technical background or a strong ability to grasp technical concepts is advantageous. • Proven track record in designing outcome-based metrics and aligning product strategies with business objectives. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with a history of motivating cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a knack for deriving valuable insights from data.
