Summary:
The company is committed to driving the adoption of cryptocurrency globally. They are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead the go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning for their Exchange App as they continue to grow.
This role is a blend of product, data, and creative elements, suitable for a strategic marketer who excels in dynamic, high-accountability environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate across various user segments and geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to establish the roadmap for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
- Develop unique value propositions to set the platform apart in a competitive global market.
- Work with data, analytics, and product teams to identify user personas and create tailored journeys for different user groups.
- Lead creative and copy positioning for effective local and impactful campaigns.
- Align with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback loops.
- Launch Execution:
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in partnership with the product team.
- Devise integrated marketing campaigns spanning multiple channels to ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver timely and data-driven campaigns.
- Customize messaging for region-specific launches in collaboration with local market teams.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking for insights.
- Gather user feedback through interviews, surveys, and feedback loops to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share findings with product and growth teams to aid in decision-making and positioning.
- Growth & Retention:
- Develop lifecycle programs to enhance user activation, trading volume, and retention.
- Create promotions and incentive programs to encourage engagement and boost retention.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to optimize user onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Define KPIs in collaboration with Growth and Product teams across various metrics such as funnel performance and campaign impact.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel for reporting and closely collaborate with analytics and product teams for iterative improvements.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the crypto industry.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C products and platforms with sustainable growth.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Collaborative nature with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and user research with an analytical mindset.
- Preferably, experience in regulated industries or financial services.
- Bonus: Familiarity with community-led growth or being crypto-native.
