Role Overview
As the Product Marketing Manager at Toku, you will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy, product positioning, and marketing campaigns to establish Toku as the premier compliance solution for emerging and expanding crypto projects globally.
Responsibilities
1. Product Understanding:
- Dive deep into Toku's suite of products (EOR, PEO, payroll, token grant administration) to grasp how they address crucial compliance issues in the crypto sector.
- Create compelling and concise messaging tailored to our target audience.
2. Content Creation:
- Collaborate with Toku's leadership team to develop top-tier content across multiple platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, white papers, and newsletters.
- Simplify intricate compliance concepts into engaging content aimed at startup founders and crypto professionals.
3. Growth Initiatives:
- Spearhead content-centric campaigns to boost inbound leads through initiatives like reports, webinars, and educational content.
- Work closely with the sales team to produce impactful sales tools like one-pagers, presentations, and customer success stories.
4. Brand Expansion:
- Strengthen Toku's presence in the industry by partnering with key organizations, media outlets, and event planners.
- Identify and act on opportunities for collaborative projects, sponsorships, and thought leadership engagements like webinars and panel discussions.
5. Performance Measurement:
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of your content and campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance engagement, lead generation, and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to devise content strategies and deliver high-quality educational materials that resonate with the audience.
- Genuine interest in the crypto industry, compliance, stablecoins, and token ecosystems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drove growth.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
