About The Role đ¤:
As the Publisher Strategy Lead, your primary focus will center on fostering collaboration with crucial publishers key to the Immutable eco-system, such as Ubisoft and Metalcore. Working closely alongside our dedicated Immutable Games team, you will guide game developers in formulating and executing their web3 strategies to perfection. Your role would involve breathing life into game ideas, instigating breakthroughs in web3 games, and fortifying enduring relationships with external game studios.
To thrive in this position, seasoned stakeholder management skills and adept problem-solving capabilities are quintessential. Collaborating with diverse teams within Immutable, you will orchestrate resources and prioritize projects for seamless alignment, enabling the removal of impediments obstructing mutual objectives.
As the driving force behind multiple game partnerships, your responsibilities will be diverse, encompassing counseling on blockchain integration to outlining go-to-market strategies with the marketing team. Each day will usher in fresh challenges and opportunities.

- Spearhead and nurture the relationship with external game teams, cultivating strong and enduring partnerships
- Offer strategic guidance, recognizing avenues for growth based on industry dynamics, emerging ecosystem partnerships, web3 advancements, etc.
- Overcome hurdles and troubleshoot project-related issues effectively
- Collaborate with producers to set milestones, oversee budgetary constraints, and ensure timely and budget-conscious product launches
- Advocate for projects and manage internal resources to fulfill Immutableâs obligations to partners
- Foster internal cohesion and collaboration, ensuring convergence towards common objectives
- Evaluate and report on partnership performance to senior management
- Standardize the partner working approach, incorporating timelines, checklists, and necessary tools
- Grasp and pinpoint trends and prospects within the web3 gaming landscape

- Proven experience as a project manager or account manager, guiding projects from inception to completion, deploying various PM tools, ensuring workstream alignment, and meeting milestones
- Proficient stakeholder management skills to identify the right stakeholders and potent levers for influencing them
- Ability to build solid relationships based on trust and rapport, fostering win-win scenarios crucial for project success
- Exceptional communication capabilities to engage with a broad spectrum of internal and external partners, delivering clear, structured communication and relationship management
- Demonstrate prowess in tackling unfamiliar challenges, devising solutions, and effectively resolving issues from inception to completion. Thrive amidst uncertainties, adept in prioritizing issues to ensure successful outcomes

Game Balance/Numerical Designer
Design and adjust the numerical systems for Web3 event-related products, including event points, prize tiers, lottery drop rates, viral referral setups, NFT-related values, and coordination of in-game and on-chain assets to ensure game balance and playability.
Collaborate closely with the development and design teams to create numerical design plans and follow through on their implementation.
Analyze player data and feedback to continuously optimize event and game numerical systems and economic models.
Participate in the balance testing of events and game content, making timely adjustments to the numbers in response to player behavior and market shifts.
Design and adjust the virtual economy within the game, including currency, items, rewards, etc., in line with the gameâs operational strategy.
Create and maintain documentation for numerical design to ensure clear understanding and collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in game or event numerical design, with a track record of successful projects preferred.
Familiar with the game and event development process, possessing systematic thinking skills to balance both the fun and commercial needs of the game.
Strong understanding of mathematics and data analysis, with the ability to use tools for numerical simulation and optimization.
Bilingual in English and Chinese, able to communicate and collaborate effectively within an international team.
Strong team collaboration spirit and a high sense of responsibility, able to work efficiently under pressure.
