QA Engineer (Crypto.com APP- Card)

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our software development team focusing on various ventures projects aligned with our core businesses. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and enhancing software components, encompassing frontend UI and backend infrastructure for scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test plans and manual test cases to address technical challenges and expedite the testing cycle.
• Estimate testing efforts, review test outcomes, and engage in daily QA activities.
• Enhance and maintain test frameworks, tools, and technologies utilized by the organization.
• Collaborate with the Development, Test, and Product Management teams to devise and implement effective testing and validation strategies.
• Execute and oversee test cases, track test and defect metrics, and generate comprehensive reports.
• Conduct manual test scenarios across various systems, ensuring thorough testing coverage.
• Contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and high-quality manual testing solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify areas for process improvement within testing and development workflows.
• Uphold high-quality standards in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in QA testing, including 2 years of experience in mobile applications.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience in devising test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Strong background in manual testing.
• Sound knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of trading crypto or experience in the crypto/defi domain is a plus.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
• Prior experience in an agile work environment is preferred.
