QA Engineer (Crypto.com APP- Card)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software for a range of exciting projects related to our primary business areas. As part of this role, you will play a crucial role in crafting various components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend user interfaces to backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans and manual test cases, focusing on leveraging code to overcome technical obstacles and streamline test cycles with Manual testing.
• Estimate testing efforts, analyze and communicate test findings, and engage in day-to-day quality assurance tasks.
• Enhance and maintain test frameworks, tools, and technologies employed by the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Test, and Product Management teams to devise and execute effective testing and validation strategies.
• Execute, monitor, and manage test cases and outcomes, and provide reports on testing and defect metrics.
• Design, execute, and troubleshoot manual test scenarios across our systems.
• Contribute towards creating resilient, scalable, and high-quality manual test solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify areas for improvement in testing and development processes and create viable solutions.
• Sustain high quality standards within a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-8 years of QA experience, with 2 years of experience in mobile app testing.
• Profound understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience in devising test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques.
• Strong background in SQL and scripting.
• Knowledge in trading crypto or involvement in the crypto/defi realm is advantageous.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with knowledge of Chinese being a plus.
• Previous experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
