Job Summary

The QA Manager position entails leading a team responsible for ensuring the delivery of top-notch software products that meet customer expectations and adhere to industry standards. This role necessitates strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in software testing and quality processes. The QA Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline quality strategies, uphold best practices, and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of leading, mentoring, and managing the QA team to cultivate a culture centered on quality, collaboration, and innovation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and quality plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Supervise the planning, design, and execution of various testing types such as functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle effectively.
• Define QA metrics, monitor test coverage, defect rates, and test execution to assess quality levels and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Propel the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks and tools to expedite testing cycles and boost accuracy.
• Establish and reinforce standard testing methodologies, policies, and documentation practices.
• Oversee QA resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and business requirements.
• Lead initiatives for CI/CD pipeline integration to ensure that automated testing supports agile development and frequent releases.
• Keep abreast of emerging QA trends, tools, and technologies to consistently elevate the team's capabilities.
• Address quality-related escalations, participate in root cause analysis, and champion corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency application testing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
