Responsibilities:

• Participate in the end-to-end process of software development, encompassing requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Demonstrate proficient technical skills to deliver top-quality production code.
• Collaborate closely with the conversion team to optimize trading models.
• Engage with trading and operations teams to innovate new products and enhance existing ones.
• Enhance and maintain trading system infrastructure to handle large-scale positions and orders effectively.
• Identify and address system bottlenecks, bugs, and emergencies efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in developing Java applications throughout the project lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of software design, architecture, development, and integration.
• Strong comprehension of event processing models, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, web services, and REST.
• Previous experience in algorithmic trading systems, investment banks, hedge funds, trading firms, or brokerages is advantageous.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to be flexible with working hours to handle production emergencies.
• Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with international partners and stakeholders.
