Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with various data aspects, from engineering to creating advanced visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments.
- Generate in-depth data insights reports on overall and sector-specific trends in areas like DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Metaverse, L1/L2, Middleware, etc., tailored for both internal and external audiences.
- Analyze and interpret large volumes of on-chain transactional and operational data, utilizing proprietary and open-source data tools, platforms, and analytical toolkits.
- Process sensitive data according to specified guidelines.
- Oversee and develop the reporting environment, managing data sources, security measures, and metadata.
- Address issues in the reporting database environment and reports.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong interest in Web3 data, possess knowledge of various crypto sectors, and understand the operational mechanisms of major players in each sector.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics from an accredited university or college, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in data engineering, modeling, and ETL processes, with preferred experience in data sourcing and API integration.
- Proficient in data querying using languages like SQL, GraphQL, and Python.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Dune Analytics, Flipside, Nansen, etc.
