Responsibilities:
- Develop professional-grade data insights reports on overarching and sector-specific trends (DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Metaverse, L1/L2, Middleware) for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret substantial amounts of on-chain transactional and operational data (EVM and non-EVM), including: (1) Analyzing intricate smart contract interactions and multi-signature transactions; (2) Tracking fund movements across different wallets, bridges, DEXs, and CEXs; (3) Recognizing whale activities, suspicious trading behaviors, and MEV operations; (4) Reconstructing transactional pathways for investigative purposes.
- Utilize both proprietary and open-source tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, custom scripts) to derive valuable insights from blockchain data.
- Engage in all facets of data processing from engineering to creating advanced visualizations, machine learning models, and experimental projects.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in blockchain data analysis and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for Web3 data relating to DeFi, NFTs, Gaming, L1/L2 ecosystems, and core protocols.
- Demonstrate expertise in on-chain forensics, including complex smart contract transactions, fund tracking across various platforms, identification of laundering patterns, and identification of illicit activities.
- Showcase technical proficiency in SQL, Python, GraphQL for querying large-scale blockchain data, handling ETL pipelines and API integration with key tools, and smart contract analysis.
- Hands-on experience in exchange data analysis, focusing on areas such as deposit/withdrawal flows, volume attribution, fake volume detection, and liquidity monitoring across different chains.
