Revenue Operations Manager

With a notable customer base including prominent industry players, Toku plays a pivotal role in ensuring legal management of token compensation and tax compliance, thus contributing to the maturation of the post-regulation crypto industry.
As the Revenue Operations Manager at Toku, you will play a vital role within the finance team, primarily overseeing revenue management. Your responsibilities will include optimizing revenue operations with a focus on cryptocurrency transactions, ensuring accurate invoicing processes, managing accounts receivable, coordinating for revenue recognition compliance, leading month-end closure activities, analyzing revenue trends for financial planning, and implementing internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue operations, particularly in cryptocurrency transactions.
- Streamline invoicing processes for clients to maintain accuracy and contract adherence.
- Manage accounts receivable, tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and reporting receivables status.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with financial regulations through cross-functional coordination.
- Lead month-end closure tasks related to revenue with precise recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Analyze revenue patterns to offer insights for financial planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and enhance client satisfaction.
- Establish and uphold internal controls related to revenue processes to reduce financial risks and improve efficiency and accuracy continuously.
- Provide leadership to the revenue and finance teams, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and encouraging process and collaboration enhancements.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and/or Master's degree required.
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in revenue operations.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel, adaptable to new technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Desirable knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and its financial implications.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in founding companies or building side projects as a plus.
