We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our rapidly expanding team. The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in aiding the team in fulfilling its financial reporting obligations. As a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing U.S. GAAP and local statutory financial statements.
- Compiling other essential financial reports required by our regulatory authorities.
- Assisting in the preparation of international statutory financial statements.
- Evaluating the accounting and financial reporting implications of new accounting standards or transactions.
- Analyzing monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborating with an external audit firm on both routine and non-routine matters.
- Identifying areas where improvements are needed to enhance efficiency or reinforce processes.

Your qualifications should encompass:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, with a requirement for public accounting experience. A combination of public accounting and private accounting with a focus on financial reporting is preferred.
- Preferred experience in start-up, technology, and/or financial services.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA license, and a strong grasp of U.S. GAAP.
- Familiarity with Netsuite ERP or other cloud-based accounting software is a plus.
- A drive for continuous enhancement of accounting operations, controls, and financial reporting processes, including leveraging systems and technologies to improve workflows and scalability.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
Possess 3+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and/or treasury; auditing experience is advantageous.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, attention to detail, self-motivation, multitasking ability, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
Have a meticulous approach to data accuracy and process adherence.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including V-lookup and Pivot Table functions).
Prior experience with digital assets is beneficial.
Immediate availability is preferred.
