Data Science and Analytics Team
Our Data Science and Analytics team specializes in analyzing complex blockchain and financial markets data. We work closely with GTM, Product Management, and Engineering teams to drive growth, monitor risk, and develop innovative products and metrics. Utilize your expertise in pattern recognition, trend analysis, and machine learning to create cutting-edge on-chain products and improve existing blockchain oracle solutions. About the Role
As a member of our team, you will tackle a wide range of blockchain, financial, and economic challenges. This includes understanding the impact of gas on product economics, modeling cross-chain token liquidity, and evaluating capital investment ROI for new blockchain products. You will collaborate closely with teams responsible for product pricing, parameterization, and market sizing to contribute to building the industry's first fully sustainable decentralized oracle network. Your work will have a significant impact on the sustainable growth of the Chainlink network.
Objectives of this Role
- Develop product pricing models, improve parameters, and utilize data to understand product economics.
- Create models to evaluate the ROI of blockchain products and other financial projects.
- Design and conduct simulations to study the behavior of blockchain network participants, identifying utility functions and constraints.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Economics or Finance.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and/or crypto markets.
- Solid financial modeling background, preferably in economics or FP&A.
- Experience solving economic and econometrics problems in a formal or practical environment.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Deep data analysis or data science experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in Economics through Masters level academics or multiple years of economics-based roles.
- Proficiency in Python with PySpark.
- Experience in optimization modeling.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Business Development to drive user growth and enhance brand visibility for our exchange. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and strategic partners to promote our platform.
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the exchange in order to achieve user growth.
- As a representative of the exchange, to build and maintain a good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term partnership
- Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze results, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with local industry developments trends, conduct market research and create strategies when required
- Attend events as a representative of the exchange when required, expand network and bring in more leads for the exchange
Requirements:
- Experience as KOL BD in similar companies/markets
- Understanding of cryptocurrency
- Fluent in English
