Senior Associate, Legal Operations

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge and professionalism. You will be expected to address inquiries from international legal authorities, legal counsel, and other relevant third parties within specified timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives globally.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as compliance and risk to handle customer complaints and feedback.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of company products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders.
- Cultivating strong relationships with partners and external stakeholders.
- Escalating any unresolved queries or issues to supervisors, as instructed by operations management, if they cannot be resolved within established procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A diploma in law, compliance, or a related field.
- Experience in compliance, investigation, litigation, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned schedules to support 24x7 operations.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate challenging situations and remain composed under pressure.
- Solutions-oriented mindset, passionate about finding the right solutions and resolving issues.
- Strong decision-making skills, able to overcome obstacles efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking while effectively managing time.
- Quick learner, capable of quickly adapting and using feedback constructively.
- Willingness to work at Tun Razak Exchange (within walking distance of MRT TRX).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zendesk.
- Knowledge of the crypto/finance technology industry and blockchain tracing.
- Experience working in global teams across different time zones.
- Basic computer knowledge including proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other applications like Google Analytics.
