We seek talented Software Engineers with diverse technical backgrounds and a proven history in constructing reliable, high-performing systems. As a Senior Back-End Engineer, you will be pivotal in crafting financial and crypto-native products, services, and APIs. Your role will involve leading technical dialogues, shaping approaches, and driving team progress through promoting top engineering standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, create, and upkeep scalable back-end services utilizing Kotlin & Java.
• Develop and enhance APIs for seamless interaction with front-end and external systems.
• Employ relational and NoSQL databases to effectively manage and process significant data volumes.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to supply secure, quality, and user-focused solutions.
• Conduct code assessments and mentor junior developers to instill a culture of ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure seamless integration of user-facing and server-side features.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, and database systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Understanding of system design fundamentals and scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with event-driven structures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and dedication to code excellence.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies or financial systems.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like React.
