Senior Back-end Developer

We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer to join our fast-growing fintech team!

A payment solution for clients, agencies, and freelancers from service industries, offering industry-grade contracts where transactions are split into incremental and upfront installments, all backed by Escrow (safe vault). Every deal and feedback to it is added to the Professional on-chain passports, which are used to prove reputation, delivered work, and experience.

Regardless of how clients, freelancers, and service delivery companies conduct business, all parties face regular financial losses due to non-payments, delayed payments, and ever-growing freelance marketplaces’ fees.
A freelancer’s trackable work on marketplaces is their key asset, but they lack ownership over their profiles, risking the loss of valuable data-backed trust.

Responsibilities:

- Leading the design and implementation of scalable and efficient microservices architecture using gRPC, while ensuring seamless integration with the overall system.
- Developing robust back-end services using Node.js and TypeScript, and optimizing performance with Redis caching and session management.
- Managing and optimizing Postgres databases, ensuring data integrity and performance, and implementing WebSocket for real-time communication.
- Enforcing application security by adhering to OWASP Top 10 and ASVS standards, and using JSON Schema for consistent data validation.
- Utilizing Docker for effective containerization, and potentially integrating blockchain technologies and various payment service providers for enhanced functionality.

The contract is mid-term and part-time so far with the potential to become full-time and long-term.
