Senior Backend Developer

Description

We are seeking individuals to join our dynamic team focused on creating, enhancing, and maintaining software for diverse projects that align with our core business strategies. These projects are executed rapidly with a small, agile team. Your role will involve active participation in designing scalable applications, encompassing frontend and backend elements.

Role Responsibilities

• Development tasks comprise backend service and operation development, suggesting architectural solutions, engaging in design processes, conducting design reviews, coding, code reviews, and product implementation for both developers and end-users.
• Enhance our Crypto.com Card products and extend product reach to new regions.
• Offer technical support to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Assume project ownership, promoting innovation through the adoption of new technologies and fostering an environment for experimentation.
• Address complex challenges within large-scale backend infrastructure by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Effectively manage documentation for all implemented code and features.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance the technology stack for sustainable engineering pursuits.

Requirements

• Passion for developing top-notch products to solve real-world problems, adept with diverse technologies, self-driven, quick learner, and possess a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
• Willingness to embrace superior ideas from others, enthusiastic about enhancements, adaptable to challenges, and open to various possibilities.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial domains or Blockchain technology is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Ruby with experience in Golang is preferred.
• Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, Kafka is beneficial.
• Experience in scalability, security, and performance optimization.
