We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our team in designing, developing, and enhancing software for new ventures projects. These projects are closely related to our core businesses and are rapidly launched with a small, agile team. Your role will primarily involve crafting backend components for scalable applications, focusing on server-side logic, cache/database management, and API integration.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute backend development activities, propose architectural decisions, engage in design processes, conduct design and code reviews, and implement products for developers and end-users.
- Prototype new ideas generated by the team and yourself.
- Act as the project owner, having the flexibility to explore various technologies.
- Troubleshoot and devise solutions for complex issues in large-scale backend infrastructure and mobile platforms.
- Document all code and functionality changes effectively.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and mobile engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering projects.
