Senior Backend Developer - Innovation

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating scalable applications by contributing to the design and development of backend components.

Responsibilities

• Engage in backend development activities, including proposing architectural decisions, participating in designs and code reviews, and implementing products to bridge the gap between our platform and end-users.
• Take ownership of projects, collaborate on new ideas, and explore various technologies.
• Tackle complex issues in large-scale backend infrastructure and mobile platforms, implementing effective solutions.
• Manage and document all code and functionalities implemented.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and mobile engineers to enhance the technology stack for long-term engineering goals.

Requirements

• Passion for developing high-quality solutions for real-world challenges, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Willingness to embrace new ideas, drive continuous improvement, and navigate competing stakeholder requirements.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, adept at managing multiple demands from various parties.
• Knowledge of Blockchain technology is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in ensuring scalability, security, and performance in software solutions.
• Advanced skills and extensive experience in server-side programming languages like NestJS, Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Next.js and React.js is a plus.
• Experience using AI code generation tools like Amazon Q Developer and others is advantageous.
• Background in mobile development (iOS/Android) using Swift, Java, or Kotlin is beneficial.
• Familiarity with blockchain development tools like Ethermint and Cosmos SDK is a plus.
