Senior Blockchain Engineer / Token Launch Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and innovative Blockchain Project Manager to spearhead the launch of our own token. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital finance and contribute to the growing blockchain ecosystem.

Overview

The Senior  Blockchain Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of launching our token, from concept development and market research to implementation and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and tokenomics, along with project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- **Research and Development:** Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and define the value proposition of the token. Analyze competitors and trends in the blockchain space.

- **Tokenomics:** Design and develop the tokenomics model, including supply, distribution, utility, and incentives for token holders.

- **Technical Coordination:** Work closely with blockchain developers to ensure proper smart contract design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- **Compliance and Regulation:** Ensure the token launch complies with all relevant laws and regulations in different jurisdictions; collaborate with legal advisors on necessary documentation.

- **Community Engagement:** Build and engage a community of supporters through transparent communication strategies, social media outreach, and community management.

- **Marketing Strategy:** Develop and implement a marketing plan for the token launch, including PR, social media campaigns, and collaborations with influencers and industry partners.

- **Roadmap Development:** Create a detailed project roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables to track the progress of the token launch and manage timelines effectively.

- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, investors, and partners, to ensure alignment throughout the project.

- **Monitoring and Reporting:** Monitor the post-launch performance of the token, gather feedback, and report on metrics such as adoption, market performance, and community engagement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in blockchain or cryptocurrency projects.

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and tokenomics.

- Familiarity with smart contracts and programming languages used in blockchain (e.g., Solidity, Rust) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams and communities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and quality.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
